Welcome to Jesus-Wiki!

Jesus-Wiki is a Christian encyclopedia project, in which everyone is welcome to add content, provided they follow the guidelines. So far we have: 25 users, and 69 articles written in English.

Writing Articles
Jesus-Wiki is looking for users to contribute Biblically-based articles. More information about writing articles coming soon.

Creating Portals
Portals are topic-based entrances to the Jesus-Wiki. Feel free to create and care for such a portal, if you have sufficient time.

Starting WikiProject
WikiProjects are basically a group of users dedicated to the development and revision of articles on a certain topic in Jesus-Wiki. The WikiProject groups will ensure quality control in the Jesus-Wiki.

News / Updates

  • Jesus-Wiki has been locked, because the only thing Jesus-Wiki seemed to attract was spam. No editing is possible for none registered users. If you are interested in working on Jesus-Wiki, please send an email to info-en@jesus-wiki.org. (October 11, 2007)
  • Jesus-Wiki experienced technical problems from December 12 through 17, due to the host updating PHP 5.1 to PHP 5.2. All wikis now are running on MediaWiki 1.7.1 again. Please notice that the "Cite" extension isn't working anymore. Some pages will look ugly. We apologize.
  • A Christian Meta wiki was created on December 10, 2006 to improve Christian wiki collaboration. Please join the discussion!

For Non-believers
One of the main goals of Jesus-Wiki is to inform non-believers about Jesus Christ. We would like to allow non-christians the ability to easily and comprehensively explore the Christian faith. Right now, you can read or view a love letter from God as a flash film.

Jesus-Wiki in other languages
Jesus-Wiki is currently available in English, Finnish, French, German, and in Spanish. Additionally, Jesus-Wiki Media contains pictures, soundbytes, and other medium-sized files for usage.
